  • ✔️ HoD’s must distribute the workload to their department teaching staff in accordance with respective workload.
  • ✔️ HoD’s must take care of departmental timetable as time to time.
  • ✔️ HoD’s must implement calendar events of the departmental activities.
  • ✔️ HoD’s must assign departmental work to department staff to get success in the department programme.
  • ✔️ HoD’s must get the feedback from students on teaching of department staff.

Code of Conduct for Administrative Staff

  • ✔️ Administrative staff working in the college office should remain during college hours.
  • ✔️ Maintain all service records of employees and update them periodically.
  • ✔️ Issue certificates such as service and experience certificates, after obtaining approval from the concerned authority.
  • ✔️ Demonstrate courtesy and respect to students, academic employees, and support staff.
  • ✔️ Meet college deadlines for preparing workload forms, profiles, purchase orders, payroll, and budget data.
  • ✔️ Practice fiscal responsibility to ensure that all expenditures fall within the budget.
  • ✔️ Maintain cooperative and collegial relationships with other administrative staff members.
  • ✔️ Exercise caution in the expenditure of college funds and ensure that due process and fair bidding practices are observed.
  • ✔️ Avoid activities that might give rise to the perception of favoritism.
  • ✔️ Refrain from using their authority or the reputation of the college to further any personal or political agenda.
  • ✔️ Technical staff must ensure that the infrastructural technical aspects are well maintained.
  • ✔️ Technical staff must carry out their duties as instructed by the authorities they are attached to.

Code of Conduct for Students

  • ✔️ Every student must abide by the instructions of the Principal and the rules mentioned in the admission form.
  • ✔️ Students must wear the dress code along with a chest card and the college identity card while on campus.
  • ✔️ Students should not loiter around during class hours. In case of an absent lecturer, students should either use the library or visit the sports department.
  • ✔️ Writing on walls, benches, or any furniture is strictly prohibited.
  • ✔️ Students are responsible for any damage they cause to college property, and they will bear the cost of repairs.
  • ✔️ Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited.
  • ✔️ Indiscipline or misbehavior will be dealt with necessary actions based on complaints.
  • ✔️ No student should attend classes other than their own.
  • ✔️ The use of mobiles, tobacco, alcohol, or drugs on campus is strictly prohibited, and parents are advised to monitor this.
  • ✔️ Attendance in classes, tests, seminars, assignments, and project work is mandatory to appear for exams as per university norms.
  • ✔️ Students must park their bicycles or bikes in the designated parking areas only.
  • ✔️ The college emphasizes the importance of sound character, and any violations will be taken seriously.
  • ✔️ The Principal has the authority to dismiss any student for misconduct.
  • ✔️ Students must adhere to the academic rules framed by the institution.
  • ✔️ Students must not invite outsiders to college functions without prior permission from the Principal.
  • ✔️ No meetings or parties are allowed in the college premises without permission from the Principal.
  • ✔️ A suggestion box is available for students to confidentially bring suggestions to the notice of the Principal.
  • ✔️ Friends and relatives are not allowed to meet students during class hours unless in case of emergency.
  • ✔️ Scholarships and fee concessions are available as per government rules and are subject to satisfactory progress and attendance.
  • ✔️ Letters addressed to students at the college will be scrutinized by the Principal, and personal correspondence should not be directed to the college address.
  • ✔️ Frequent absenteeism, disorderly behavior, or any misconduct will lead to warnings, fines, cancellation of scholarships, suspension, or even dismissal based on the severity of the offense.
